A nice personal touch is that the staff asks for my name when I call the office, never for my account or policy number. I appreciate being treated like a human being.
The agency had even submitted a claim for me at one time--how often does that happen noadays? Without exception, my prior experience has ben that an agency directs me to call the toll-free number of the insurance carrier, then promptly washes its hands of the matter.
All of these things are noticed and remembered. They point to an organization built on character. I trust these good folks implicity. I suspect that most long-term clients feel the same. It is disheartening that too many other companies have not yet figured out such an obvious formula for success.
